At just 11 months old, Ella underwent a hemispherectomy to stop devastating, uncontrolled seizures. The surgery left her with weakness on her left side, and she has worked incredibly hard ever since to learn to walk and use her left arm. This September, Ella will attend two weeks of intensive therapy to help her gain strength and independence. Insurance does not cover this therapy, leaving her family with nearly $10,000 in expenses.
